Let’s cut through the sanitized headlines and the bipartisan press releases dripping with “strategic partnership” talk the United States sends over $10 million a day to Israel. Every. Single. Day. That’s not a conspiracy. That’s not fringe. That’s a matter of federal record.
And where does it go?
To fund a country with universal healthcare, cutting edge military technology, and a government that openly boasts of reducing Gaza to “rubble.” Meanwhile, in Flint, Michigan, they still can’t drink the tap water. Meanwhile, in Appalachia, kids are growing up with black lung and no insurance. Meanwhile, homeless veterans rot under overpasses while our tax dollars fuel a foreign apartheid regime halfway across the world.
The American taxpayer is being bled dry to bankroll two things:
Social services for Israeli citizens, and Bombs dropped on Palestinians.
You don’t need to be a foreign policy expert to see the grotesque contradiction here. You just need to be awake.
The same country that lectures you about budget cuts, that slashes your food stamps and sells your healthcare to Big Pharma, is writing billion dollar checks to a nuclear armed nation accused by international human rights organizations Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and even United Nations rapporteurs of committing crimes against humanity.
This isn’t “complicated.” This is cold blooded.
You’ve been conditioned to think this is normal. You’ve been told this is “defending democracy,” or “supporting our ally.” You’ve been fed decades of Hollywood, CNN spin, and AIPAC funded politicians telling you that questioning it is antisemitic, dangerous, or unpatriotic.
Let’s be clear……..
Criticizing Israeli state violence is not antisemitism.
Questioning where your tax dollars go is not extremism.
Speaking up about ethnic cleansing is not terrorism — it’s called having a conscience.
And if that makes you a threat to the status quo, then maybe the status quo deserves to be threatened.
The U.S. isn't supporting peace it's subsidizing an open air prison. It's backing a blockade, surveillance, and siege operation that would be considered terrorism if anyone else did it. Israel gets free military equipment, surveillance tech, and diplomatic cover. Palestinians get bulldozed homes, shot journalists, and a grave.
Where are the debates? Where is the transparency? Where is the democracy?
You’ve been robbed, lied to, and weaponized not only against truth, but against justice itself. And the price isn't just dollars. It's your silence. It's your complicity. It's the illusion that you're still on the right side of history.
You’ve been told this is normal.
It most certainly is not.
