The Case That Slipped Through.... Trump, Epstein, and the Child Rape Lawsuit the Media Buried
By Nomad – Broadcasted From the Void
“I personally witnessed the occasion where Mr. Trump forced 13-year-old Katie Johnson and a 12-year-old female named Maria to perform oral sex on Mr. Trump and witnessed his physical abuse of both minors when they finished the act.”
—Sworn affidavit of Tiffany Doe, witness and former Epstein recruiter, submitted in federal court, June 18, 2016. Case 1:16-cv-07673.
They said it never happened. They said it was debunked. They said it was some online hoax or election time smear. They lied.
In 2016, months before Donald Trump was elected President of the United States, the first time a lawsuit was filed in the Southern District of New York that accused him of repeatedly raping a 13 year old girl named Katie Johnson. Also named? Jeffrey Epstein. The very same Epstein who would later die mysteriously in federal custody while awaiting trial for trafficking underage girls to the rich and powerful.
But this time, the story was buried.
Filed in June 2016, the federal complaint accused Trump and Epstein of luring a 13 year old to Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse under the guise of modeling opportunities. According to sworn testimony from the plaintiff and a witness named “Tiffany Doe,” she was repeatedly raped by Trump and Epstein, beaten, threatened, and told she would be killed if she spoke out.
This wasn’t a tweet. This was a verified federal lawsuit. Documents exist. Affidavits were signed under penalty of perjury. And one of them included that quote….. Tiffany Doe claiming she witnessed Trump force two minors to perform oral sex, followed by physical assault.
On November 4, 2016, just four days before the election, the case was dropped. Not because it lacked evidence. Not because it was found false.
But because the plaintiff received threats so severe she became too terrified to testify. A scheduled press conference in Los Angeles was abruptly canceled. Her attorney, Lisa Bloom, confirmed she was in fear for her life.
Yet the media barely touched it. They let it vanish. No trial. No further questions. No investigative series. Just silence.
In hindsight, it fits perfectly. We now know Epstein ran an international trafficking ring, grooming minors for billionaires and power brokers. We know he used modeling gigs as bait. We know Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted for her role. We know powerful people like Prince Andrew, Bill Gates, and yes, Trump, were deep in Epstein's social circle.
Trump has gone on record praising Epstein in 2002, saying…… "He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side."
Younger side?
What makes this lawsuit even more radioactive is how thoroughly it was scrubbed from public memory. No major outlet followed up after Epstein’s 2019 arrest. The story wasn’t re opened, despite the obvious relevance. The sworn testimony remains unrefuted, yet unexplored.
If this were anyone else, it would have been the story of the century. But it wasn’t. It was Trump. And so the networks turned away.
The lawsuit was filed. The quote is real. The documents are there. This was a story with hard evidence and real victims. It wasn’t debunked. It was buried.
We’re digging it back up.
Stay loud. Stay sharp. Stay dangerous.
Nomad out……
